Chocolate Ruffle Rose... almost ;)

Hi everyone.
I hope you have had a fantastic day so far :)

Today I'm coming to you with something new... at least for me.
Up to now, I had been trying small or medium foamiran flowers
and because I don't have much time, usually they were quite simple
or even "lazy" as I like to call them ;)...
but this weekend I decided to try something different...
a flower which is not only big but needs much more work as well.

To save some time (yes, if I can I will always do lol)
I used one of the new metal dies in my shop Love to Craft & Create

However I didn't make a peony...
I made a rose... Chocolate Riffle Rose...
or at least I tried to make it lol.

I cut ruffled petals (except the largest one) out using white foamiran 0.6mm
and colour them with dry soft pastels.

And here is the result

I made leaves as well using olive green foamiran 0.6 and mould 104
but for some reason I haven't make a photo showing that.

I need to admit I am quite proud of myself :)
It took me a few hours to make and I burned one of my fingers in a process
but I am happy with the result.

Please let me know what you think :)

If you like to make foamiran flowers please visit group I created on Facebook

where you can find lots and lots of fantastic crafters who are friendly and helpful,

Have a fantastic day,

"Lazy" foamiran flowers...

Hi everyone...
lately we've been speaking a lot on our group Foamiran Flower Tips
about colouring foamiran, what can be used to do it etc.

As you all know making flowers from scratch,
cutting them out, colouring, shaping its lots of fun
however its time consuming as well.
Unfortunately I don't have as much time as I would like to
but I do like making flowers lol

Today I would like to show you "lazy flowers" as I call them ;)
You can make them fast and they are extremely easy to do
as you don't need to colour them or do much shaping.

All you need is iron, metal dies,
different colours of foamiran, stamens, flowers centres et voila.

I hope you like my "lazy" flowers :)

Let's Prima...

Hi everyone...
A few months ago I bought one of the new at the time Prima collections
Wild and Free... and I bought all of it because I loved it so much.

Unfortunately for a very long time I haven't had the chance to play with it.
It was hidden for a few months... not weeks - months!

However that changed a few days ago and this is what I made.
I hope you like it :)

Thank you so much for stopping by :)

First Foamiran Flowers...

Hi everyone :)
It has been a while since I wrote my last post...
I need to change that.

Today, I would like to show you my first foamiran flowers
that I made using the foamiran available in my SHOP :)
Or I should probably say...the first presentable flowers,
as I managed to rip a few in a process ;)

I was lucky enough to be able to spend last weekend with my fantastic friend Ewelina Panka
who is a pro in making flowers... foamiran flowers as well as paper flowers.

To make these flowers I used... believe it or not... white foamiran only...
and I coloured it with pastels.
I found colouring so relaxing and it gave me more control over the result I tried to achieve.
Last time I used pastels was at school during art lessons...
it was amazing to remind myself how much I enjoyed it and I missed it to be honest.

I'm not very good with fine cutting so I used
Craft Passion - Flowers Set 04 to cut out the petals for my flowers.

In the centre I used (new in my shop) Decorative Plastic Stamens
available in white and yellow.

Thank you for your time and I hope you like my flowers :)
